Each lead installer covers an area around their base, agreed with them; the map shows the départements where a lead installer is present. Eight areas are already reserved on the map. The network is growing, with the aim of covering the whole of France.
How being put in touch works
You describe your project
in the form below: postcode, type of home, the model you have in mind if any. You can also give an optional preference: a nearby place, or the name of an installer you already know.
We pass your request on
to the lead installer for your area. If your project lies on the boundary of two areas, it goes to both lead installers. We keep a copy to follow it up.
The installer contacts you
to assess your project on site and draw up a quote.
If you have not heard from the installer after seven days, your request is offered to all installers in the network: the first to take it on handles it, and only they receive your contact details. If nobody takes it, our team handles it and gets back to you.
If no lead installer covers your area, our team handles your request directly.

What the installer checks with you
The supporting floor
A Tiileri heater weighs from 450 to 2,240 kg. The load-bearing capacity of the floor or slab is assessed on site, for each project.
The flue
Connection to an existing flue or a new one, with a top or bottom flue outlet.
The air supply
In an airtight house, the AirBox (ducted combustion air supply) is available for Helmi and Heidi.
