The data you enter in the tiileri.fr forms is used only to handle your request and, if you agree, to keep you informed. It is managed by SARL Thermasse and is never sold. The site uses no audience measurement tool.

The lead installer or installers for your area
(two at most when your town lies on the boundary of two areas), where applicable, when you ask to be put in touch, with the consent you give in the form. Their contact details are not sent to you: they are the ones who contact you.
All installers in the network
, if no lead installer has followed up within 7 days: your request is then offered to them. They see only the town, the model in mind, the type of project and the timescale — not your name, telephone number, email or message. Your contact details are sent only to the one installer who takes on the request, so that they can call you back.

Technical service providers
: – o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand, France): hosting of the site and of the customer relationship management software; – Brevo, a French provider: sending of emails; – Base Adresse Nationale (a public service of the French State and the IGN, api-adresse.data.gouv.fr or data.geopf.fr): only the postcode and town are sent to it, to locate your project in relation to the network’s areas.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years after your last contact with us. Accounting records (orders, invoices) are kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Cookies
The site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies. The only cookies used are WordPress technical cookies, needed for the site’s administrators to log in. No consent is therefore requested from visitors.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@tiileri.fr.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
