Warranty and after-sales service for Tiileri heaters
A Tiileri heater bought in France comes with after-sales service in French, provided by Cœur de Foyer, the exclusive distributor. It is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty: 5 years on Tiileri parts, 2 years on doors, glass and metal parts.
The warranty
Tiileri heaters are guaranteed by their manufacturer, Seppälän Tiili Oy.

The warranty covers parts: if a covered defect occurs, replacement parts are supplied. It does not cover labour or travel.
Not covered:
- wear parts: spark guards, seals, grates;
- defects caused by assembly or masonry work, which are the responsibility of the person or company who built the heater;
- hairline cracks in the render or tile joints, small cracks with no effect on safety or operation;
- variations in colour and size inherent in fired brick and natural materials, efflorescence (salts on the surface of the brick or mortar);
- damage caused by insufficient drying, overheating, use contrary to the instructions, or impact;
- modified heaters.

Returns
