Tiileri France network
Become the lead installer for your area
Masons, stove builders, flue installers: become the Tiileri lead installer for your area. You receive installation requests from homeowners in your area, with no commitment and no minimum volume. The two-day training is the way into the network; stove builders who can show proven experience are exempt from it.

What a kit changes
A kit means a masonry heater job delivered on time and on budget, without starting from scratch on every project. You keep the installation, the finish and the customer relationship. We take care of sizing, supply and after-sales service.
Indicative installation times, by model: Heidi 1 to 1.5 days, Aino 1 to 2 days, Aida 1 to 2.5 days, Helmi 2 to 3 days, Sofia about 4 days, Amanda 4 to 6 days. These times, taken from different sources, are for planning; they are not guaranteed.
What you receive
Requests from your area
Installation requests from homeowners located in your area are passed on to you by the site, by email.
A place on the map
Your area is shown as ‘reserved’. Your name appears only with your written consent. Your contact details are never published or passed on to the homeowner: contact goes through the request you receive.
Technical support in French
Asynchronous support: your questions from the job go through the website’s technical form and receive a written answer. Samuel, technical contact at Tiileri France, liaises with the factory in Finland. No response time is guaranteed; the assembly plans supplied with each kit remain the first reference.
Training
Two days on kit assembly, flue connection, options and sizing. It is the way into the network. See the programme
Supply
Standard kits can be ordered online at trade prices, from a trade account on coeurdefoyer.fr. Anything beyond the standard range — hydronic systems, cooking, bespoke designs, large volumes — is quoted individually.
After-sales service
Handled by Tiileri France. Its scope is explained to you when you sign up.

The network rules
Commitment
None: no installation volume, no obligation to sell.
Training
The two-day training opens the way into the network. Stove builders who can show proven experience are exempt and join us after our introductory webinar. Lead installers who train and get involved are also called on for installations outside their area.
Your area
A radius around your base, agreed with you. The aim is to cover the whole of France in time.
Allocation
First come, first served.
On an area boundary
Areas overlap slightly. A request located within the areas of two lead installers is passed on to both, and each is told that the other receives it too.
Contacting the customer
You call the homeowner back when you can, and let us know with one click: the request email contains a button labelled ‘J’ai contacté le client’ (I have contacted the customer). If you decline it, or if we hear nothing, the request goes back to the network (see below): the customer is never left waiting.
Written consent
You receive requests and your name appears on the map only after your written agreement to these rules.
Prices and margin
Available on your coeurdefoyer.fr trade account, whose opening conditions are explained to you when you sign up.
What a job can be worth
You buy the kit at your trade price, sell it on to your customer and invoice your installation: the margin on the materials comes on top of your labour. You set your own prices; we impose none.
To give an order of magnitude, here is the assembly time observed for each model, excluding preparation of the location and any special finishes:
| Model | Indicative assembly time | |
|---|---|---|
![]() | Heidi | 1 to 1.5 days |
![]() | Aino | 1 to 2 days |
![]() | Aida | 1 to 2.5 days |
![]() | Helmi | 2 to 3 days |
![]() | Sofia | about 4 days |
![]() | Amanda | 4 to 6 days |
These times were recorded by the manufacturer and on our own jobs; they vary with access, the chosen finish and how familiar you are with the product. Short jobs, on a product that arrives complete with its plans: no design to redo, no gamble on the draught, and a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on Tiileri parts.
Would you like a full costing example, kit and labour included? Ask us and we will send it to you.
Requests nobody has taken
A homeowner’s request goes first to the lead installer for their area, or to both lead installers if the job lies on an area boundary. If nobody has taken it after 7 days, it is offered to the whole network: the first installer to take it gets it, even outside their own area.
While a request is open, only the town (or, failing that, the département), the model in mind, the type of project and the target date are visible. The homeowner’s contact details are passed on only to the installer who takes the request.
This is the other side of ‘no commitment’: nobody blames you for letting a job go, and no customer is left without an answer.
The network resources
When you sign up, you receive the password to the network resources area, which brings together the brand’s working documents:
- detailed assembly plans, model by model, and the manuals;
- the operating and maintenance instructions to hand over to your customer;
- a costing example, margin on the kit and labour included;
- the declarations of performance and technical data, also public on the Specifiers page;
- your trade price list, on your coeurdefoyer.fr trade account.
On top of that come the manufacturer’s images, model by model, the Tiileri logos for your marketing and the assembly videos for the Helmi and the Aida.
Enough to cost and sell without calling us. The techniques, the knack and the points to watch during assembly are learnt in two days with the trainer: see the training programme.
An installer’s pace
Most of the installers we know build one to two heaters in the first year, four to five after that. Beyond seven a year, it has to become your main business. We do not ask you for any volume: these benchmarks are only there to show what the network can represent in a year’s work.
Where the network stands
Eight areas are already reserved on the map. Elsewhere, the area is available. The network map shows the départements where a lead installer is present.
Application
Key points
- Lead installer for your area: no commitment, no minimum volume; the two-day training opens the way in, unless you can show proven experience.
- Area = radius agreed with you; on an area boundary, the request is passed on to both lead installers.
- You call the customer back when you can; a request not taken after 7 days goes back to the network.
- Jobs of 1 to 6 days depending on the model, with the margin on the kit on top of your labour.
- Technical support in French, in writing, with no guaranteed response time; kits at trade prices on coeurdefoyer.fr, anything beyond the standard range quoted individually.
